Ramon “Ray” Garcia transitioned from restaurateur to a respected Wine Trade Consultant, providing expertise to a diverse range of clients, including restaurants, private cellars, and wineries. What began as a passionate hobby evolved into a professional pursuit, establishing a business model rooted in excellence and dedication to the craft.

During my many encounters in the wine and spirits’ trade, I realized that many small to mid size restaurants, bars and shops could not afford the hefty price tag of an on-staff wine director. So, in order to address this concern, I launched Wine Anatomy’s monthly wine director program at www.winedirectordirect.com, which allows establishments that are involved in the wine and spirits trade to hire the services of an in-house wine director for a reasonable monthly flat fee. This is the first program of its kind, and it has been met with open arms throughout the industry.
